The wedding gift was beautifully written and captured your interest from your minute you began reading. The twists and turns involving the characters and also the adventures was interesting to see because much from the novel was based on a real slavery case. I loved the descriptions in the characters also as learning regarding their daily life. The ending was nothing a few things i expected, AND was obviously a wonderful approach to end their life's journey.
